MOSCOW, October 27th. Russian government has a communication line with 'Taliban' and is able to pass information to this group, Russian president special envoy for Afghanistan Zamir Kabulov claimed.
Such statement was made after American 'Daily Best' publication that accused Russian government of double-play and assumes that Moscow prepares to possible 'Taliban' rule in Afghanistan. Also it was claimed that Russian conflict with ISIS group urges Moscow to develop relationship with 'Taliban'.
Russian media consulted Zamir Kabulov after the publication attracted much attention from English-language news agencies.
'We have a communication line with 'Taliban' and we use it if necessary, but I do not know what has 'Daily Best' in view in this case', said Russian president representative to 'Vzglyad' newspaper correspondent, withholding further comments.
