MOSCOW, 16th October. Russia and Afghanistan agreed on copters for Afghan aviation supply.
Agreement concerning this matter will be signed in this month, Russian special envoy Zamir Kabulov said. Russia plans to deliver Mi-35 copters to Afghan aviation forces, as his words were quoted by Russian press. According to some Russian media agencies, Russia will send 6 helicopters to Afghanistan.
Last week Afghanistan 1st vice-president Abdul Rashid Dustum asked Russia to help Afghanistan in its fight against terrorism. Particularly, Afghan army is in dire need for aircrafts, he said.
